Do I need prior breathwork experience?

No.
You don’t need to know how to breathe “properly,” understand trauma, or have done years of inner work.

If you’re here, your body already knows what it’s ready for.
My role is to create the safety and structure that allows it to unfold — without forcing, reliving, or bypassing.

Will I relive my trauma or get stuck in pain like I have with other therapies?

This is one of the most important questions I get asked and the answer is no.

This is not about re-telling stories, digging into memories, or staying stuck in emotional loops.
9D Breathwork works with the nervous system, not against it.

You may feel sensation, emotion, or release — but always within a regulated, guided container.
Nothing is forced. Nothing is overwhelming. Nothing is retraumatizing.
