The live sessions offer the deepest level of support through co-regulation and community, but this option ensures you don’t fall behind.

You are welcome to use the short breath practices provided, but there is no expectation or pressure to complete homework between sessions.

The Rewire Circle includes six adult breathwork sessions.
Two additional parent–child nervous system workshops take place during school holidays and are offered as a bonus component of the container.
Women inside the circle receive priority access to these sessions.

Many women choose to come simply to experience the calm and connection of breathing in a supportive community environment.
Children participating in breathwork must be over the age of five. However children of any age can attend.
Each parent may bring up to two children.
