A guide by Roz

9D Breathwork vs traditional breathwork.

The short answer: 9D Breathwork is delivered through headphones, which cuts out the noise and creates a more immersive experience. It is especially helpful if you have a long to-do list or find it hard to focus when you're still.

What is 9D Breathwork?

A guided breathwork experience delivered through immersive headphones, layering music, frequencies, spoken guidance and somatic cues to help your nervous system drop into a deeply receptive state. You still lead the pace. The audio simply makes the experience more supported and complete.

Is it safe?

Breathwork is generally very safe, but it isn't advised in some situations, including severe cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled epilepsy, recent surgery, and some serious mental health conditions. Pregnancy is not a barrier: Roz adapts sessions for expecting mothers and has safely guided pregnant clients, including high-risk pregnancies, with a modified, gentler practice and careful monitoring. Every Breath Vortex client is screened through an in-depth intake form first, so your pregnancy can be discussed up front.
