A gentle entry into the work, online. 45 minutes, just for you. Your questions. A guided breathwork experience selected to fit your appointment, with check-in, settling, reflection and next-step guidance.

An independent experience, not a sales call. No complete in-person VORTEX mapping or report, and no automatic credit towards IGNITE.

Your online setup

  • Reliable internet for an uninterrupted live video session.
  • A private room with a door that closes, with pets, children and other distractions managed outside.
  • Wired noise-cancelling headphones compatible with your laptop or tablet. Test your connection and any adapter.

Technical readiness is separate from health suitability screening. Equipment is not shipped with BREATHE Online. If your setup is unsuitable, explore an in-person appointment or ask me first.

FIND In Person

$299 AUD · 90 minutes

Time to understand your patterns, priorities and current capacity. Comprehensive VORTEX mapping, an appropriately selected guided journey within your 90-minute appointment, reflection and a personalised mapping report with next-step direction.

The point isn't just the session. It's leaving with an understanding of why you feel the way you do — and resetting your energy while understanding what you need to do to make that a permanent state. Your session includes:

  • ·Comprehensive VORTEX mapping. I read what the untrained eye doesn't — how you've been responding to life, and where your capacity no longer matches your goals.
  • ·The areas you need to clear and rewire, with a suspected time frame to work on that.
  • ·We actually breathe a journey together, depending on your capacity on the day — a short breathwork followed by sound healing, or a longer journey straight up.
  • ·Time afterwards to land, reflect and ask anything.
  • ·Integration support for 3 days post session — yes, unlimited WhatsApp access to me as you need it.

We explore what's important to you, how you've been responding to life and what you want to create moving forward.

If you're ready to continue into IGNITE, your $299 FIND investment is credited towards your IGNITE programme, subject to eligibility.

To qualify, you must enrol in IGNITE and activate your payment subscription with its first payment successfully processed within 30 calendar days of completing FIND.

The work you've started becomes the beginning of something bigger.

The $299 credit conditions

To qualify, you must have completed and paid AUD $299 for FIND In Person, be accepted into IGNITE following suitability screening, and have confirmed enrolment, an activated payment subscription and a successfully processed first payment within 30 calendar days of completing FIND.

The credit reduces your total agreed IGNITE investment once. It is not a cash refund, transferable voucher or credit for unrelated services, and is not automatically combined with other promotions or previous complimentary-session offers. BREATHE Online at AUD $79 does not qualify.

FIND is a separate appointment. IGNITE still includes twelve personalised journeys over six months.

For the December intake, the 9 December 2026 enrolment deadline and your separate 30-day FIND credit window must both be met.

I verify your identity, FIND booking and completion date, suitability acceptance, confirmed enrolment, subscription activation and successful first payment before approving the credit. Applying does not redeem it. The approved reduction and payment schedule are confirmed personally; in-person credit is shown on your personalised quote.

I screen every appointment before we work together. A significant medical or trauma history does not automatically mean an intensive breathwork journey is appropriate. I adapt your experience to your individual needs, and medical clearance may be required. You can ask about suitability before purchasing either appointment.
