Can I bring a friend?

Yes. For private sessions you can come solo (1:1) or bring a partner or close friend (2:1). Same depth of work, two nervous systems held in the same container.

Is this trauma-aware?

Yes. Every session is held inside a trauma-aware, body-led container where your nervous system sets the pace. No pushing past limits, no emotional bypassing, no reliving the story.

Where are sessions held?

Private BREATHE and IGNITE sessions run from the Wollert home studio (address shared on booking). The Rewire Circle runs at clinic locations in Reservoir, Kalkallo and Fawkner. Travel sessions are available across Melbourne's northern suburbs.

Who is this for?

Private 1:1 and 2:1 sessions are open to men and women — most clients are in their 30s–50s navigating stress, anxiety, burnout or stuck emotional patterns, often already self-aware and 'doing the work', but looking for something deeper and more body-based than talk therapy alone. The Rewire Circle is a women-only semi-private group.

How do I get started?

Book BREATHE as your first private session through the contact page, apply for IGNITE if you're ready for a longer container, or join an upcoming Rewire Circle.

What should I wear or bring to a session?

Comfortable, loose clothing. Bring a water bottle. Everything else (mat, bolster, blanket, eye mask, headphones) is provided.

9D uses a multi-dimensional audio experience (binaural beats, solfeggio frequencies, affirmations, guided vocal) delivered through headphones, making it significantly more immersive than traditional breathwork.

What does a session feel like?

Most clients describe tingling sensations, emotional release (tears, laughter, or deep stillness), and a profound sense of calm afterwards. Every body responds differently. There's no 'right' experience.

Is it safe if I have anxiety or a history of trauma?

Yes. Sessions are trauma-aware and paced to your nervous system. Nothing is forced. We move at the speed of your body and you can pause, slow down, or stop at any time.

How many sessions will I need?

Most clients feel a shift after their first BREATHE session. Deeper, lasting change typically comes through a structured container like IGNITE, where the work has time to stabilise.

Do you offer online sessions?

Breathwork is held in-person only. The container and energetic field matter. Nervous system coaching and integration support can be available online.
