Roz Wieland, Breath Vortex founder

The woman behind Breath Vortex

Hi, I’m Roz.
This work is personal.

I'm Roz. I founded Breath Vortex.

For over a decade, I've dedicated my life to holistic health, combining a background in Functional Medicine with nervous system regulation and certified Breathwork facilitation.

If there's one thing my own life has taught me, it's that we don't always need a different life. Sometimes we need a different relationship with ourselves.

I've lived through seasons of questioning my worth, struggling with body image, searching for belonging, losing my sense of identity, navigating the breakdown and rebuilding of my marriage, and believing the next achievement or relationship would finally make me feel enough.

It never worked for long.

What changed wasn't my life overnight. What changed was me.

I learned how to stay connected to myself when life became difficult. To stop searching outside myself for the answers. To meet uncertainty with presence instead of fear. That journey continues every day, and it's the reason I can sit with someone else's pain without needing to rush, fix or change them.

That's the foundation of my work.

When you walk into a session with me, I don't see a problem to solve. I see a person whose body has adapted to everything it has lived through. Together, we'll create the safety, awareness and space for you to understand those patterns, reconnect with yourself, and move forward in a way that feels lasting rather than temporary.

I've seen how much people can carry quietly, and how much lighter life becomes when the body finally has somewhere to put it down.

You don't need someone to rescue you. You need someone who can walk beside you, help you open the doors you're ready to walk through, and remind you that the person you're searching for has been within you all along.
